Mannequins?

I rarely go to the market. The most common problem I face there when I go is Mannequins displayed in front of the shops.

I lower my gaze from these. But still I'm curious to know what is Shari'i ruling on it? Should I take same protective measures that should be taken for a non mahram woman? Or I need to just ignore it like other objects?
