Lizard listening Quran - Strange

As Salamu Alaikum,

Alhamdulillah, few mins ago I was reciting some portion of Quran and one lizard which was passing by on the floor was listening.
When I paused for turning pages, It moved. When I began, it stood exactly in front of me. It was focusing towards me and listening.

I called my mother to show her. She was about to bring the spray to kill it, then I stopped reciting and started talking with her.
It moved its head and turned in opposite direction. I began reciting again, it turned its head towards me. Whenever I stopped/talking it moved away.
