Hadith about speaking without knowledge

‘Whoever says in the Qur’an [i.e. offers an opinion] without knowledge, then let him make his abode in the fire of Hell.’ (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Hadith no. 2874; Book; Exegesis of the Qur’an).

Is this classified as sahih?
