Will of Allah s.w.a

Asalamalaikum,

May Allah s.w.a have Mercy on us all.


I am a little confused with the title here...

What does the Will of Allah s.w.a mean? Is it permission?

Does every action that a person does in his life come under the will of Allah s.w.a? When we say "the will" are we referring to Allah s.w.a either allowing the action or disallowing it?

If a person applies for a job does he get it due to the Will of Allah s.w.a?

I undertand we have freedom of choice and a will of our own which Allah s.w.a has instilled in us.

From my understanding....
When we are walking and taking the step we cannot take a step forward except from the will of Allah s.w.a... So bascially this could be referring to the healthy bodies that Allah s.wa has given us. In other words if we didn't have strength in our bodies that Allah s.w.a gave us we woudn't be able to take that step. So hence reason why people say that " you took that step forward due to the will of Allah s.w.a"..
