Why do you believe in god? (Links or whatever plz)

Assalamu alaykum.
Brothers and sisters, could you plz give me some links or whatever for why you believe in god, the last fews days ive had this question keep popping in and paying me a visit inside my head, i dont doubt islam, but for an absolutely unknown reason god, it could be because im a little stressed and am in a little depression period that im blaming god or whatever and i know its stupid but yeah :/

Edit: or why you believe the quran is the word of god, anything to help is appreciated.

Another edit: ive never doubted the existence of Allah before, only islam, and now that i dont doubt islam its for some reason shifted to god :/
