Suitable area to live in Manchester

Assalamu alaykum

A close friend of mine is looking for an area/community to live in Manchester. She is looking for an area that is:

- Close to Islamic Schools
- Multi-cultural/ethnicities
- Preferably middle class
- Has a mosque that opens its doors to females too and is active and forward thinking.
- Preferably some scholars live within the community or close by.
- A community that is active (no gang culture, drugs etc)
