Is doing card tricks haram?

Example: You put a deck of card in a box and the chosen card of the person over the box and you do some gesture with your hand over the deck of card and the card goes "through" the box. ( it's not real there's a trick behind it).

another example, you snap your fingers after putting a card in a deck of cards and comes back on top. (theres a trick behind it not real)

Is it haram or kufr?

Assalamu aleykum.

If I've understood it correct, we can according to the Hanafi madhab deal with riba IF and only if we live in Darul-harb.

So if that is correct, could an individual who follows the Hanafi madhab get a loan with riba to buy a house or a car?

Also, is all western countries considered Darul-Harb today? (Thinking of Denmark/UK and the likes).

Looking for evidence, not opinions of people who are not allowed to give fatwas.

wa aleykum salam.

So, I have to do a physiotherapy treatment in a medical center and they have only female (non muslim) doctors. I asked if there were men doctors, but they said no. It is permissible for a muslim man to be treated by a female non muslim doctor? And if yes in my case, during the Ramadan it is permissible or no? Thank you,

Quick question about performing ruqyah on yourself?

Salaam Alyakum Everyone!

I have a quick question about performing ruqyah upon yourself, I have never done this before and I found some audio links where a person is reciting ruqyah. I'm still learning how to recite it but it will take me some time and I'm in need of help/protection now. If put a bowl of water right next to the speakers and apply that water to my face and body do you think that will suffice as a treatment? Or must I recite the verses and blow it upon my self?

Can I get an abortion if I'm being emotionally abused by husband?

$

Dear Readers,

I am newly married and got pregnant. My husband has turned out to be extremely manipulative and emotionally abusive. We constantly get into fights and he doesn't seem to think there is a problem in our relationship. I have found him looking at provocative pictures of other women online and have discovered that he has a compulsive lying problem. He is clearly unhappy as well. I have lost any sense of trust and respect for him and fear raising a child with this man since I don't want my child to learn the bad habits of their father. I have contemplated divorce and just raising this child on my own, but I don't think I want to deal with him for the rest of my life in terms of dealing with visitation rights and leaving the child alone with him.

He is not the model muslim man I hoped to be with and I am really confused on what to do in this situation. SHould I be a single mother and have this baby, or should I abort this child and save myself the heartache of having to deal with him for a lifetime. I realize this baby is a gift from Allah, but I'm so depressed and in dispair that I can't even joy this new baby in my life and it makes me feel guilty. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I know an abortion is permissible up to 120 days. I keep praying istikhara and I feel that divorcing this man is inevitable, it's just a matter of time. Is getting an abortion under these circumstances considered justifiable in islam? Can someone with a lying problem ever change...?

is this considered stealing?

Assalamualaikum,

There's a masjid near my workplace which I always go to pray during working hours. So I have been noticing this certain Qur'an at the topshelf. It was a soft cover Qur'an with complete translation and transliteration. It's covered in dust probably because nobody reads it. I really want to read this Qur'an because I want to understand what I recite. But due to my working hours, I would have no time to be sitting down and reading the Qur'an.

My question is, if I take this Qur'an from the masjid and keep it, assuming that nobody reads it (because of the layer of dust on the cover), is it considered stealing??

Forgive me if this is a silly question.

Thanks.
